At Triumph Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like briefs and adhesive bras cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the provided return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
